About the Team
The Integration Operations Team facilitates seamless experiences connecting our partners across the globe with POS or Inventory Feed system integrations during initial platform launches and transitions to new providers. As part of the Merchant Services Core Onboarding teams, we enable Merchants to reach their revenue goals faster – acting as their technical consultant, we troubleshoot issues with precision and empathy. With adept communication skills and a #one-team-one-fight work ethic, we liaise with internal stakeholders in S&O, Product, BTA/BizApps, and external provider partners in the Restaurant + New Verticals line of business, delivering efficient, quality-driven, and human onboarding experiences.
About the Role
The Integration Operations Technical Specialist is on the frontlines, providing every merchant a best-in-class integration onboarding experience during their journey with DoorDash. Technical Specialists also take part in creating and automating processes for Integrated Onboarding flows, scoping and piloting new tools for integrated products, and working cross-functionally with S&O, Product, Sales, and Engineering to enhance operational efficiency, grow merchant revenue, and contribute to the success of our company’s capital initiatives. This role is expected to be hybrid and is required to be in the office at least every Thursday in 2025. The core working hours are Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm MST.

We’re excited about you because…
- Have a deep understanding of POS systems and the complexity of integrations
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with AI tools, SQL, GSheet analytics, MODE and SFDC reporting.
- Proven experience in driving and scaling process automation and improvements.
- Enjoy problem-solving, diagnosing issues, and developing creative solutions to challenges.
- Comfortable operating in dynamic and ambiguous environments, with a strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management skills and a track record of taking ownership of projects to drive results.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
