About the Team
DoorDash’s Customer Experience Insights (CXI) Quality Assurance team safeguards the consistency and excellence of every support interaction. As a QA Auditor, you’ll combine a meticulous eye for detail with a data-driven mindset to champion quality across a global network of teammates and sites.
Collaborate with the Quality Supervisor to refine QA processes, elevate training and content, and drive initiatives that boost teammate efficiency, productivity, and policy adherence, enhancing the overall DoorDash Support experience.

About the Role
- Serve as first-line guidance for Teammates via audit completion, supplying actionable feedback
- Attend recurring calibration sessions with operations partners to stay aligned on scoring standards and surface trends to leadership
- Deliver ad-hoc deep-dives and root-cause analyses (RCA), summarizing findings in clear project-management (PM) recaps
- Maintain expert knowledge of top contact drivers by line of business (LOB) and share weekly priority focus areas to keep stakeholders aligned
- Recommend updates to training, knowledge articles, and SOPs to elevate the DoorDash Support experience
- Train and mentor new auditors, reinforcing best practices and efficiency tools
