The In-Store Sales Development team at DoorDash is amplifying SevenRooms’ mission to reshape the hospitality industry by connecting operators with powerful tools to own guest relationships and streamline operations. Our team is focused on performance and professional growth, with a track record of developing SDRs into future leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and beyond.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Inbound Sales Development Representative to qualify and schedule meetings with inbound prospects who have expressed interest in SevenRooms. You'll be the first point of contact, setting the stage for exceptional customer relationships.

- Promptly follow up with inbound leads to schedule demos and qualify potential customers.
- Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of SevenRooms to prospects.
- Work closely with Marketing and Account Executives to seamlessly transition leads through the sales funnel.
- Accurately update and manage prospect data within Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Achieve monthly quotas for meetings scheduled and opportunities created.
- Continuously optimize communication and outreach techniques based on data and feedback.

- Previous experience in SDR, sales, customer service, or hospitality roles preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
We expect this position to be filled by 2/4/26.
Compensation
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for sales commission. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
$14.98 - $25.20 USD
The total on-target earnings (base + commissions) for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
$21.40 - $36 USD
