About the Team

The Community Defense team works to continuously improve the quality of DoorDash operations through oversight of the background check process, adjudication, support handling, and various screening-related functions. As such, our team’s work balances protecting the safety of the platform with providing flexible earning opportunities in the communities that we serve. You will join a team of flexible, passionate individuals that are invested in building scalable and sustainable foundations upon which to continue to iterate towards the best future state.

About the Role

The Community Defense Representative is a high-bandwidth, meticulously organized individual, who can balance both high volume production and a great attention to detail. They know when to escalate appropriately and ask for help. This position calls for a self-starter who wants to innovate and be part of a dynamic, fast-moving team. 

You will report into a Team Lead of Community Defense in our Global Support and Integrity Operations Organization.

This position requires an in-office presence at the DoorDash corporate office in Tempe and the employee must live within a commutable 50 miles from the office. This role will be assigned a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. These schedules will be adjusted periodically to meet the needs of our business.
