Enterprise Business Operations Lead
About the Team
The Enterprise & Key Accounts (ENT/KA) team at SevenRooms is responsible for scaling and deepening partnerships with some of the world’s most sophisticated restaurant groups and hospitality operators. As part of DoorDash’s In-Store organization, this team operates at the intersection of enterprise sales, customer success, product, analytics, and revenue operations.
The enterprise business has reached meaningful scale -- with real customers, global complexity, and growing revenue -- while much of the operating infrastructure is still being built. This team is focused on transforming that complexity into a repeatable, scalable operating model that supports long-term growth.
About the Role
As Lead, Enterprise Business Operations, you will be responsible for building and scaling the operating foundation of the Enterprise & Key Accounts business. You will act as a senior, embedded partner to the Global Head of Enterprise & Key Accounts and work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Analytics, Finance, and Product to translate strategy into execution.
This role sits at the center of ambiguity. You will lead both short-term execution and longer-term operating design -- standing up dashboards, processes, and decision-making frameworks that allow the enterprise business to scale without creating fragility. While this role does not own central RevOps tooling, it plays a critical role in shaping enterprise-specific requirements, prototyping solutions, and helping institutionalize what works.
The ideal candidate is a builder, systems thinker, and operator who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys owning outcomes end-to-end.
You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…
Build
- Design and stand up the operating model for Enterprise & Key Accounts, including dashboards, tracking mechanisms, and performance cadences
- Translate enterprise GTM strategy into durable systems across pipeline, lead segmentation, whitespace analysis, and account coverage
Strategize
- Partner with enterprise leadership to define priorities, goals, and success metrics
- Identify the highest-leverage opportunities to improve visibility, efficiency, and execution across the business
Operate
- Own cross-functional execution on key initiatives spanning Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Analytics, Finance, and Product
- Act as the connective tissue between strategic intent and day-to-day operations
Analyze
- Develop and maintain analytical views of enterprise performance using tools like Looker, SQL, Salesforce, and Sheets
- Use data to inform decisions, resolve tradeoffs, and guide leadership discussions
Scale
- Prototype and pressure-test new processes before partnering with central teams to harden and institutionalize them
- Remove friction from day-to-day execution by building clear ownership, structure, and repeatable processes
We’re excited about you because…
- You have 8–12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, BizOps, or a similarly rigorous operating role
- You bring strong analytical depth and are comfortable working directly with data (SQL, Looker, Excel/Sheets)
- You have a bias for action and thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- You are a systems thinker who enjoys building structure where none exists
- You can operate credibly with senior executives while staying close to operational detail
- You take ownership of outcomes and are comfortable being accountable for both the strategy and the execution
- You are energized by being a generalist and a force multiplier for leadership teams
