About the Team
The DoorDash Global Sourcing team operates across three brands, DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt, and more than 40 markets, as part of the broader Global Procurement, Sourcing, Travel and Supply Chain organization. Its mandate is to build a world class global sourcing capability that captures enterprise synergies through aligned category strategies and delivers measurable value creation beyond savings, including business enablement, risk reduction, and stronger commercial outcomes.
Global Sourcing is organized around three category towers: Technology, Corporate Services, and Marketing. The team focuses on increasing category maturity through disciplined strategy, governance, and supplier management, while harnessing suppliers as a source of innovation, resilience, and competitive advantage. The team is in the middle of a multiyear transformation of its operating model, tooling, and ways of working, and enabling AI in day to day sourcing. About the Role
Head Corporate Services Sourcing for the DoorDash brand, developing and executing category strategies, establishing preferred suppliers, delivering savings and commercial value to the business, with the overall intent of enabling the business while optimizing across quality, cost, effective risk taking, and speed to execution. You will own a broad and diverse portfolio of indirect subcategories across Corporate Services, representing a sizable and growing spend, and serve as the escalation point on Corporate Services procurement matters for your stakeholders.
You will lead a team of four, including three direct reports, and will report into the Director, Head of Global Strategic Sourcing on the Global Sourcing team within our Global Procurement organization. The DoorDash brand you support spans the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand markets, and you will work closely with the Corporate Services Sourcing teams for the Deliveroo and Wolt brands to build synergies globally. This role is remote.
The categories in scope across the Corporate Services portfolio include but are not limited to:
- Professional Services (consulting and advisory); Security Services; Facilities Management, Property, and Workplace Services; BPO and Customer Support; Photoshoot production; People/HR and Benefits; MSP and Recruitment; Contingent Workforce; Background checks
- Deliver global synergies by leading specific subcategories globally

As the DoorDash Corporate Services Sourcing Partner, you will partner with a broad set of functions and business lines across the enterprise, including:
- Corporate and G&A functions: Finance and Strategy, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Internal Audit, Legal, People, Security, IT, Real Estate, Analytics, Comms and Policy
- Business and growth lines: Marketing, New Verticals, Merchant, Trust & Support, Money and Payments, Product, Engineering
- Emerging lines of business such as Parcels

- Lead a high performing Corporate Services Sourcing team focused on delivering value to the business
- Own the end to end sourcing lifecycle across a sizable, diverse Corporate Services spend, from data gathering and RFx build through proposal evaluation, supplier negotiations (MSAs/SOWs), award, and contracting
- Build and own multiyear category strategies that raise category maturity and deliver value beyond savings
- Own end to end category management, from category strategy and planning through supplier relationship management and value delivery
- Evaluate suppliers using total cost of ownership (TCO) modeling and drive cost reduction beyond unit price through value engineering, demand optimization, and specification optimization
- Build and manage best in class supplier ecosystems by category and region, monitoring spend, supplier performance, and savings targets at the category and subcategory level, and staying current on market trends and supplier capabilities
- Have a highly visible and collaborative role interfacing with operators and leadership across the business
- Serve as a trusted business partner and the escalation point on complex or high stakes Corporate Services procurement matters
- Partner closely with the Corporate Services Sourcing teams for the Deliveroo and Wolt brands to build global synergies, align on category strategies, and capture enterprise scale across brands
- Bring a customer centric, solution oriented approach to resolving issues and unblocking the business
- Be comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
- Contribute to a multiyear transformation of the Procurement operating model, tooling, and ways of working, driving change management and cross functional consensus

- Have 10+ years of experience in Corporate Services Sourcing
- Have people management experience and are ready to lead a team of four

- Have developed and executed category strategies that delivered measurable and sustained value

- Have excellent business partnering skills and build trusted relationships across a wide range of internal stakeholders
- Are a strong cross brand collaborator, excited to partner with the Deliveroo and Wolt Corporate Services Sourcing teams to align category strategies and drive shared, global value
- Have strong negotiation skills, with a track record of negotiating complex commercial agreements (MSAs/SOWs) to optimal terms
- Are an excellent communicator, able to tailor a message for an individual contributor, an executive, or an external partner
- Are solution oriented, you roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to execute at the right level of detail
- Can manage multiple priorities effectively across categories and stakeholders in a fast moving environment
- Are analytical, you let data win arguments and uncover opportunity areas
- Have expertise in total cost of ownership (TCO) modeling and quantitative cost analysis
- Have experience driving change management and building cross functional consensus
- Are an enthusiastic adopter of AI
- Are proficient with procurement tools such as Coupa, Zip, and contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions
Compensation
The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
$157,800 - $232,000 USD
