About the Team
Welcome to the LOF Team! Our mission is to launch catering across all ENT, SMB and long tail merchants while focusing on perfect quality, increasing volume, and building out new products in partnership with the merchant. We are quick to pitch, launch, and tailor LOF to each business need. Since this is a small team (2 people), everyone is open to working together humbly.
About the Role
The Strategic Ops Lead is responsible for:
- Managing all manual pilots
- Ensuring perfect delivery for all Pizza Catering orders
- Managing team of contractors and daily administrative tasks
Success in this role means strong communication with Alli, extreme attention to detail on orders, trends in product gaps, and ability to strategically grow the LOF product. You need to be a self starter and have a strong bias for action to be successful in this role.
Challenges in this role include a high level of context switching, constant reprioritization, and ability to agility to think on your feet.
You will report to our Associate Manager for Catering on our Strategy & Operations team in the Drive Commerce Platform organization.

- Overall Role Responsibilities: Managing the rollout of LOF across new businesses, new products, and new bets as well as supporting sprints of broader strategic pilots.
- Collaboration: You will work mostly with Alli and Venki on LOF rollouts, but you will also support cross functional partners (Dasher team, Marketing, Product) on a weekly basis through pilots, deep dives, and adhoc support.
- What to Expect: Expect to learn how to use AI to be more effective in your role, and you should already feel comfortable presenting information to leadership, leading experiments, and triaging product gaps to the right partners.
- Success: You will be successful in this role if you are a self starter and are quick to find solutions and learnings.

- You are a self-starter with 2+ years of work experience specially with Data Analytics, Customer facing communication, and testing/piloting experience.
- You are a strong communicator and share feedback, wins, and creative strategic opportunities quickly and succinctly.
- 1+ year managing a team and creating and creating and hitting goals
We expect this position to be filled by 10/13/26.
Compensation
Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

See below for paid time off details:
- For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
- For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).
The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.
$48,000 - $70,600 USD
