Responsibilities
- Achieve Targeted Candidate Pipeline Development - Build a strong, consistent pipeline of candidates for key roles using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
- High candidate satisfaction – Ensures a positive candidate experience by maintaining communication, timely feedback, and clear expectations throughout the hiring process.
- Efficient Sourcing & Screening- Quickly assesses whether a candidate meets basic qualifications and efficiently screens them for further interviews.
- Become an integral part in the HR department - Willingness and ability to work collaboratively with HR team members and other departments to achieve shared goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing, with a proven focus on technical roles
- Hands-on experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
