We are looking for a driven, operationally-minded Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the front line in prospecting, lead generation, and qualification efforts. Role Overview
The SDR will play a pivotal role in driving growth by handling a high volume of inbound leads and proactively reaching out to prospects via outbound strategies. The ideal candidate will be success-driven, disciplined, and operationally sharp, excelling in cold calling, prospecting, and lead qualification. This role is the gateway to more advanced sales roles, suitable for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves engaging with potential customers.
What You’ll Do
- Inbound Lead Handling: Quickly respond to inbound leads, qualify them, and move them efficiently through the pipeline.
- Outbound Prospecting: Use cold calls, emails, and social media to engage potential customers and build your own pipeline.
- Discovery & Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects’ pain points, needs, and potential fit for DoorLoop’s solutions.
- Cold Calling: Proactively cold call prospects to generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule demos with Account Executives (AEs).
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts.
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed notes in the CRM (Salesforce), track key metrics, and ensure data accuracy.
- Hit & Exceed Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified leads, discovery calls, and booked meetings.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 0-2 years in a sales role (SDR, cold calling, or prospecting experience is a plus).
- Prospecting Skills: Strong ability to cold call, generate leads, and prospect across channels (phone, email, LinkedIn).
- Operational Excellence: Detail-oriented and disciplined in managing tasks and pipeline in a CRM like Salesforce.
- Resilience & Grit: Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection; motivated to learn and improve.
- Quick Learner: Eager to understand DoorLoop’s product and confidently address prospect needs.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation tools (Outreach, HubSpot) is a plus.
