The Role

Overview: As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be integral to building a high-performing sales & CS teams. You'll collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to attract and secure top-tier talent. Managing the entire recruitment process E2E- Including holding HR interviews, reference calls, and contracts.
You'll develop strategies to fill key roles and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Recruitment: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and devise effective recruitment strategies.
  • Sourcing: Actively source passive and active candidates through platforms such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and events.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' skills to ensure a strong fit with both the role and company culture.
  • Candidate Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing regular feedback and support throughout the process.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering insights on market trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine the recruitment process, implement new strategies, and track performance metrics for optimization.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment.
  • Deep understanding of sales & CS roles and industry trends 
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools (Greenhouse) 
  • Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
