The Role

DoorLoop is hiring an Office Manager to join our A team. As our Office Manager, you will oversee all aspects of office operations and ensure employee satisfaction and engagement by coordinating a variety of events and activities that foster a positive and inclusive workplace. You’ll also play a pivotal role as the face of DoorLoop, warmly welcoming visitors, candidates, and suppliers to ensure their experience is exceptional. You’ll help cultivate a vibrant, employee-first environment where everyone feels supported.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and supplies to avoid interruptions in service.
  • Create a positive office culture by understanding and addressing employee needs and promoting inclusivity.
  • Welcome candidates, visitors, and suppliers, ensuring they have an exceptional experience.
  • Partner with HR and other departments to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Maintain budgets and meet deadlines for all events and logistics.
  • Organize and coordinate "happy hour" events or other team-building activities.
 

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a high-tech environment. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships across all levels.
  • Experience managing budgets and negotiating with vendors is a plus.
  • A "can-do" attitude and willingness to tackle hands-on tasks.
  • A high level of proficiency in English- must.

Role Basics

  • This role will be based in our office in Tel Aviv.
  • This role will report to Global Employee Experience.
  • This role is expected to be in the office 5 days per week.
