With explosive growth, we’re growing our Miami team with a seasoned Senior Front-End Engineer who is attracted to start-up hustle, disruptive thinking, and high-design consumer applications.  

Dorsia is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Fullstack Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing and optimizing our software development for either our Growth or Core teams.

In the role, you will:

• Solve engineering problems across our business, including the consumer-facing, restaurant-facing, and internal facing products, with a mix of mobile and web-based development 
• Build the most loved and highest rated restaurant booking platform in the app store
• Build a best in class consumer reservation experience 
• Build and maintain APIs for managing and integrating with restaurant booking platforms
• Build and maintain a website that interacts with our backend to provide flows that span the website and the app
• Create automated communications and customer intelligence based on user activity 
• Contribute to a growing set of internal tools for managing restaurants and customer support
• Solve unique problems around Inventory management with multiple inventory systems
• Help build self service dashboards for restaurant partners powered by our data engine

What we’re looking for: 

• 5+ years experience in software development at high-caliber tech organizations 
• Deep experience with Javascript; React is a huge plus
• Deep experience with PHP, Laravel is a plus 
• Unit testing experience required, experience using test driven development (TDD) preferred
• Interest in and ability to learn new technologies and languages 
• Ability to work independently and calm under pressure, while maintaining good judgment when making decisions
• Comfortability in a lean startup environment; ability to navigate ambiguity, handle shifting priorities with ease, and collaborate cross functionally
