Digital Merchandiser (On-site)
We are looking for a highly creative and data-driven Digital Merchandiser to join our growing team at Dorsia. This role is responsible for owning the strategy and execution of how our inventory is presented, priced, and promoted across our platform. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, and a love for leveraging analytics to drive conversion.
This role sits at the intersection of brand, product, and marketing — a blend of art and science — focused on ensuring that our members discover, desire, and book the most exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Strategy & Management: Own and manage the presentation of Dorsia’s restaurant inventory — from writing copy and selecting imagery to creating curated collections and promotions that reflect the brand.
- Merchandising Optimization: Identify marketing opportunities within the inventory to drive discoverability and conversion. Manage pricing strategy, promotional planning, and visibility of inventory across the platform.
- Analytics & Insights: Evaluate performance through page views, booking rates, and conversion metrics. Develop data-informed hypotheses and strategies to improve inventory performance and member engagement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Brand, Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure merchandising efforts align with Dorsia’s voice, aesthetic, and business goals.
- Brand & Communication Strategy: Ensure all merchandising and promotional efforts enhance Dorsia’s brand value, with a focus on luxury positioning and member delight.
- Performance Testing: Develop and execute test-and-learn strategies to optimize pricing, promotion, and positioning of underperforming inventory.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Merchandising, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital merchandising, e-commerce, or marketing — preferably in luxury, hospitality, or tech industries.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility with an ability to write compelling copy and select brand-aligned imagery.
- Highly analytical and comfortable working with performance metrics and reporting tools.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives across cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing product collections, pricing strategy, and promotions in a consumer-facing platform.
- Passion for hospitality, design, and creating elevated member experiences.
