What you’ll do
In order to be successful in this role, the candidate will:
- Be able to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrate good analytical, written and numerical skills
- Be competent with Microsoft Office and be able to use Excel, PowerPoint and Word autonomously.
- Be questioning and inquisitive in all situations and don’t be afraid to clarify the ask and what is needed at any given point.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Global Agency Partnership (GAP) Team in their day to day running and management of the largest global agency Holding Companies. This will include but not be limited to the following areas:
- Help develop and deliver financial reporting, spend tracking, product usage or other reporting in Excel.
- Build sales collateral through PowerPoint with the team’s guidance.
- Own and deliver specific initiatives / workstreams that will drive revenue growth across the big 6 agency holding companies.
- Manage and attend meetings with key clients. Helping set up and capturing notes where relevant.
- Structure, collate and share a central repository of global agency sales resources; working with GAP and central teams (e.g. Marketing) and local agency teams to gather relevant materials (e.g. case studies, best practice guides etc).
- Get involved with any office initiatives, events and socials when they happen.
Who you are
- A rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree (Business, communications or related field is a plus).
- Demonstrate an interest in technology, digital advertising and/or the ad tech industry.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Feel comfortable working alone or as part of a team.
- Self-starter and self-motivated individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a desire to get exposure to all aspects of the business to learn and grow with DV over the period of internship with us.
