Position Overview
The Associate Account Manager- Intern is an entry-level position that provides internal support for his/her Account Manager across a variety of job responsibilities. This paid internship will take
place during the summer of 2025, commencing on June 10th and concluding on August 29th (but with the opportunity to extend for a further 3 months) The intern will be responsible for assisting with account management tasks, including daily campaign maintenance, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
This task-oriented role requires an individual who can adhere to daily deadlines, possesses strong organizational skills, has a keen attention to detail, and demonstrates a willingness to
learn. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking exposure to the dynamic environment of a digital advertising technology company. The internship will culminate in a
presentation to senior management.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the proactive management of daily activities associated with assigned tasks.
- Provide internal support to Account Managers.
- Maintain the quality of services and solutions, ensuring satisfactory resolution of all support requests and effective troubleshooting of reporting or data-related issues.
- Conduct internal quality checks, provide campaign analysis, and troubleshoot as needed.
- Facilitate account, campaign and reporting setups.
- Assist in creating mid and post-campaign performance reports.
- Support clients with activation across Social and open web campaigns.
- Participate in external client meetings both in person and online, as well as engage in internal training sessions and meetings.
- Adhere to internal processes to deliver a high standard of service to our clients, ensuring that all work is completed within designated Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and deadlines on a
daily basis.
Minimum Qualifications
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, a commitment to excellence, and a proactive, positive approach.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Google Workspace applications such as Google Slides and Google Sheets..
