What you’ll do
The intern will work as part of the Commercial Enablement team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented, highly motivated individual who excels at organization and operational processes to get exposure to the learning and development ecosystem.
This is a 10-week, full-time internship that runs from June - August
This role requires academic studies in business, marketing, learning, or development. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides, in addition to Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
The internship will be centered around the global commercial training & onboarding workstreams, and will be responsible for the following:
- Assist the training & onboarding team with case-style requests
- Help organize and structure content frameworks
- Assist with content auditing, training scheduling and strategic requests
- Collaborate with Sales, L&D, Marketing, and Product teams to gather insights and align enablement strategies with Training and/or Resources
- Assist with platform announcements, and content pushes
- Perform light data analysis and recaps to support training managers
- Help create interactive learning materials, including eLearning, videos, assessments & presentations
- Conducting research based on 3rd party resources
- Putting together compelling, client-friendly presentations
- Supporting the broader team with strategic insights, and helping to keep up with current industry trends impacting DV’s global customers
Who you are
- Bachelor’s Degree student / Master’s Degree Student at an accredited institution
- Ability to translate complex information into user-friendly documentation.
- Ability to collaborate and take direction effectively as part of a global team
- Experience working in digital advertising and/or familiarity with ad tech technical solutions is a plus.
- Strong skills with Excel are a plus.
- Professional and/or personal experience across countries and cultures is a plus.
- Interest in pursuing a career in the advertising/marketing/learning and development field.
The salary for this paid internship role will be set at £16 per hour and this is a hybrid role working 2-3 days in the office per week
