Role Summary
As a Client Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving DoubleVerify’s growth and impact across key brand and agency relationships in India. This is a highly strategic and consultative role, requiring a strong understanding of media, measurement, ad verification, and evolving digital trends like privacy, AI, and sustainability. You’ll work closely with marketers, media agencies, trading desks, and cross-functional teams within DV to ensure our solutions are embedded into the digital strategy of our partners—helping them protect brand equity, drive better outcomes, and realize the full value of their media investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of top-tier brands and agency accounts, acting as their strategic advisor and trusted partner.
- Understand client objectives and challenges to recommend tailored DV solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Lead the onboarding and enablement journey across stakeholders including media teams, procurement, analytics, and leadership.
- Build and manage relationships with holding companies, performance agencies, digital-first brands, and consulting partners.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Global Client Teams to deliver value at scale.
- Educate clients on industry shifts (privacy regulations, sustainability, brand safety, AI) and how DV can help them stay ahead.
- Manage renewals, upsells, and cross-sells; drive commercial discussions and negotiate contracts in alignment with regional targets.
- Contribute to local market strategy, event participation, and thought leadership to strengthen DV’s brand presence.
What We’re Looking For
- 6–10 years of experience in digital media, ad tech, or marketing analytics—preferably in a client-facing or strategic role.
- Proven ability to manage complex relationships and drive growth in a consultative sales or partner management environment.
- Deep understanding of programmatic media, ad measurement, and martech ecosystems.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing revenue pipelines and negotiating enterprise contracts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV.
