By leveraging DV’s Publisher Suite, publishers can optimize their revenue with one of the industry’s most advanced yield solutions, combining data automation, media quality insights, and inventory optimization across direct-sold and programmatic inventory. With DV, publishers can focus on driving revenue rather than getting bogged down in manual spreadsheet management.

Responsibilities:

  • Take initiative as a team leader to manage, motivate, and coach a group of experienced sellers, setting an example through your own performance. Guide the team in selling DV’s Publisher Suite to leading digital publishers.

  • Serve as both a “player” and a “coach,” contributing to personal sales goals while driving the team to meet its overall new sales targets.

  • Strengthen the team’s prospecting efforts, expand networks, and generate new business opportunities from a targeted list of top-tier publishers by tailoring sales strategies to address individual client needs.

  • Present and position DoubleVerify’s solutions to key publisher decision-makers, displacing competitors and increasing DV’s footprint within the publisher ecosystem.

  • Build and manage both personal and team pipelines effectively, ensuring accurate performance forecasting and reporting to the business.

Who you are

  • 8+ years of experience in internet media or technology sales.

  • A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record of selling enterprise software solutions.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading, managing, and coaching a high-performing sales team, achieving outstanding results through resourceful execution and persistence.

  • A strong background in selling or supporting advertising technology, with a focus on premium publishers.

  • In-depth knowledge of online marketing strategies and technologies.

  • Proficiency in navigating complex organizations and excelling in consultative sales approaches.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Skilled at analyzing and articulating information, collaborating with product teams to enhance solutions.

  • Effective at working with cross-functional internal teams to close deals efficiently.

  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both in-person and via phone.

  • Strong analytical and technical acumen, capable of interfacing confidently with Business Development, Product, and Executive-level stakeholders at partner companies.

  • Strategic and tactical thinker, contributing to DV’s partnership strategy with technology partners to elevate Publisher services.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of DV’s Publisher Suite by driving innovation, collaboration, and sales excellence. Join us to make a meaningful impact in the digital publishing ecosystem!

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $99,000 to $188,000. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits. The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.

Not-so-fun fact: Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of job criteria, women and other marginalized groups tend to only apply when they check every box. So if you think you have what it takes but you’re not sure that you check every box, apply anyway!

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
