Who You Are
DV is hiring a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our next phase of revenue growth. This pivotal role in our leadership team is more than just managing sales; it's about creating and executing a vision that scales our revenue to mid 8-figure revenues and beyond. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Rockerbox and leading a talented team of already producing sales professionals, the Senior Group Director, Enterprise Sales - Rockerbox at DV will be instrumental in forging our path as we continue to redefine the marketing measurement space.
The Senior Group Director, Enterprise Sales role reports into the VP, General Manager and will be responsible for net new revenue acquisition as we scale to mid 8-figure revenue. In partnership with our leadership, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product peers, you will help to set and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with our product roadmap. You will lead a team of high performing salespeople, driving a high performance culture while serving to remove obstacles and facilitate the team’s work. This role is instrumental in scaling our sales efforts as we expand our customer base.
Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy, Planning, and Execution:
- Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy to drive growth to mid 8 figure ARR, including pricing, packaging, and positioning of products in the market.
- Identify and respond to changing market trends and competitive pressures.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and strategies for market expansion.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale involvement.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Regularly conduct sales training and development initiatives to enhance team skills and performance.
- Performance Management and Reporting:
- Establish and monitor key sales performance metrics (KPIs).
- Implement effective reporting and forecasting tools to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Collaboration Across Departments:
- Work closely with the Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to align strategies and optimize customer experience.
- Engage in product development discussions to provide valuable sales insights.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Utilize and integrate appropriate sales tools (e.g., Salesforce) to streamline sales processes.
- Oversee the distribution of leads and accounts to maximize team potential and market coverage.
Who You Are
- Proven track record of sales leadership within SaaS, specifically in the adtech or martech sectors.
- Demonstrated success scaling net new revenue to achieve ARR growth from low 8-figures to mid-high 8-figures.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing and growing a sales team.
- Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Data-driven mindset, with an ability to analyze and leverage sales metrics to drive decision-making.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $129,000 to $220,000. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits. The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.
