Professional Services Analyst - Rockerbox
Rockerbox is the source of truth for marketing performance. As part of our scrappy and deeply analytical Professional Services team, you’ll be a core contributor to how we help customers make smarter, data-informed decisions. This role is hands-on, technical, and client-facing—ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow as both an analyst and a strategic partner to marketers.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Professional Services and other internal stakeholders to design structured marketing tests, analyze results, and present findings to customers. Your days will be split between pulling and cleaning data from Rockerbox’s warehouse, writing code to set up and evaluate tests, and building visualizations and presentations to communicate results. You’ll spend time navigating datasets, solving complex customer problems, and customizing analyses for each unique account.
You won’t be working in a silo—this role is deeply collaborative, and you’ll have exposure to real-world marketing questions and strategies. You’ll also have the opportunity to grow into greater ownership of customer relationships, take on increasingly complex analyses, and build your voice as an advisor. We’re looking for someone with a technical foundation who’s excited to learn, iterate, and have a tangible impact on how marketers understand what’s working.
