Position Overview
We are looking for a strategic Senior Solutions Marketing Manager, to help cover Solutions Marketing for the US market, based out of New York. The Solutions Marketing team consists of marketing generalists, partnering closely with DV’s Commercial team, with particular focus on the consideration and conversion stages of the customer lifecycle. Key responsibilities of the Solutions Marketing team include supporting Commercial on all elements of pitch support (RFPs, RFIs, decks), customized sales collateral for key clients, and leading account-based marketing efforts. 

This role will mainly focus on DV Rockerbox. DV Rockerbox simplifies the complexities of cross-channel marketing measurement by combining multi-touch attribution, marketing-mix modeling and incrementality testing into one user-friendly platform. DV Rockerbox is one pillar within the DV Media AdVantage Platform (MAP), alongside verification and optimization. 

This position will report to the head of Solutions Marketing, based in London UK. 

This position will be based in DV’s New York headquarters office. Currently the role is a hybrid arrangement, with Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday as mandatory office attendance days. 

 

What You Will Do

  • Lead targeted growth initiatives across Rockerbox and the broader DV portfolio, driving Account-Based Marketing programs and integrated multi-channel campaigns, including email, to engage priority accounts and generate measurable pipeline impact.

  • Activate strategic demand generation programs, including webinars, industry events, and executive thought leadership initiatives that strengthen market positioning and support commercial objectives.

  • Partner closely with Commercial teams to build tailored, executive-ready narratives for major North American prospects, aligning solution value to client-specific business goals and decision criteria.

  • Develop high-impact sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, and thought leadership content that clearly articulate differentiation and accelerate revenue growth.

  • Own and continuously evolve core commercial enablement infrastructure, including the RFP Playbook and Modular Selling Deck Library, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and ease of customization at scale.

 

Who You Are

  • A strong marketing generalist

  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

  • Ability to understand and absorb complex and advanced products and solutions within the ad tech space

  • Ability to work independently and/or facilitate communications across functional teams

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with particularly strong copywriting skills

  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, team-based environment

  • Ability to self-motivate and work autonomously 

  • Ability to nurture strong, long-term working relationships with stakeholders across the DV business and across seniority levels 

 

Qualifications/Expertise

  • Approximately 7+ years experience

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or a related field

  • Experience with communications and/or field marketing for a tech company, preferably in a start-up, media, tech, or advertising environment

  • Particular experience with digital media attribution, incrementality testing, mixed media modelling, would be highly desired 

  • Experience of partnering closely with Sales/Commercial/Account Management teams, both across new/enterprise business, and scaling existing customers

  • Deep understanding of online digital marketing ecosystem and landscape, with preference for deep ad tech knowledge

  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams, including Product and Sales/Commercial teams

  • Experience in Field Marketing and/or Account Based Marketing preferred

  • Proficiency with powerpoint, word, excel

 

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV.
The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between [$68,000- $129,000]. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.
