What you’ll do
DV is looking for a Sr. Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing Programs & Operations team. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you'll optimize our marketing tech stack, build scalable ABM programs, and create automated systems that directly influence pipeline quality and revenue growth.
We’re looking for an innovative key player in the strategic evolution of our marketing technology stack who will own the day-to-day management and optimization of our marketing operations infrastructure.
In this role, you'll work closely with your manager (Senior Manager, Programs & Operations) to ensure seamless data flow between systems, optimize the lead lifecycle, and enable our global marketing and commercial teams to work smarter. You'll be the technical expert and strategic partner who translates business needs into automated solutions, while maintaining data integrity across a complex, enterprise-grade tech stack.
Responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain complex HubSpot workflows, automation rules, and lead routing logic
- Own the integration between HubSpot and other systems to ensure high-quality lead handoff to the commercial teams
- Oversee marketing technology stack configuration, including the implementation of forms, tracking scripts, and third-party tool integrations
- Execute technical components of ABM programs, including account-based list management and automated nurture infrastructure
- Maintain marketing database hygiene through regular cleanup, audience segmentation, and privacy-first compliance monitoring (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Partner with Marketing teams to execute email campaigns and website updates within Hubspot
- Identify opportunities to introduce new platform capabilities and optimize existing workflows for greater efficiency
- Document operational processes and SOPs for the marketing technology stack
- Provide technical support for website and event-related operations, including Splash integrations and GA4 tracking
Who You Are
- 5-6 years of experience in Marketing Operations or a similar technical role
- Deep hands-on experience in HubSpot; familiarity with Marketo is a plus
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce and its integration with Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP)
- Proficiency in managing marketing data, including UTM governance and lead lifecycle stages
- Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical integration issues and data discrepancies; curious mind who proactively identifies trends and opportunities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process documentation and data integrity
- Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environments and builds strong relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Operations
- Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- HubSpot certifications
- Ability to troubleshoot HTML/CSS within email templates and landing pages
- B2B experience preferred; digital media or ad tech experience is a big plus
- Global/international experience strongly preferred (working across time zones/cultures)
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $68,000 - $129,000. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits.
