What you’ll do

As we continue our success and global expansion, we are hiring an exceptional Sr. Global Client Partner to lead and continue to grow our Brand Sales efforts. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment with a tremendous culture that is driving change across the global digital landscape.

The ideal candidate is a highly engaging, empathetic, intelligent and solution-oriented leader with a deep-rooted understanding of the evolving digital media and ad tech ecosystems.  Successful candidates possess strong leadership qualities and proven track record in client servicing for large global brands across multiple vertical industries.

The role provides an extraordinary opportunity for an intelligent, collaborative and dynamic leader to join an industry leader and directly impact the growth of a company transforming the digital media industry.

  • Design and implement strategic revenue strategies to expand Brand Direct Sales and reinforce DV’s reputation as a trusted leader in brand safety, verification and measurement solutions.
  • Initiate and build relationships with prospective DV clients globally to promote long-lasting, strategic client partnerships and accelerated revenue growth
  • Establish relationships with existing DV clients to ensure continuity of ongoing partnership; includes working w/ account management teams to ensure flawless execution and client satisfaction at every client / DV touch point in every market.
  • Be the conduit between the brand partner’s needs and the various teams within DV - from account management to sales, finance, product and engineering. Ensure the client’s needs are front and centre of everything we do at DV.
  • Provide effective Salesforce Pipeline Management + New Business Forecasting + Client Target Prioritization to drive short, medium and long term market impact; Provide accurate reporting and updates to the management team, including presentation of sales, revenue and forecast reports.
  • Partner w/cross-functional internal support teams as appropriate to ensure flawless deal-design (i.e. contracts), execution and adoption
  • Demonstrates agile, proactive problem-solving skill-sets
  • Demonstrate extraordinary EQ in understand and solving client’s problems and challenges
  • Drives positive / collaborative culture across the global internal teams and external partners
  • Attend key Industry Conferences / Leads Regional Client Networking & Marketing events.

Who you are

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree from an accredited institution
  • 12+ years International Client Servicing, Solution Selling, Business Development, Client Management and/or Agency Leadership excellence
  • Exceptional business leader with industry and vertical expertise and significant experience selling media, data, technology and/or software solutions into multiple stakeholders at large brands and agencies
  • Proven track record of successfully ‘managing by influence’; mentoring and leading sales teams to meet and exceed sales goals with a diverse pipeline globally.
  • Process-oriented and disciplined, highly adept at understanding client needs and translating the story and value proposition into commercial goals and objectives.
  • Deep and established network at leading Digital + Media Agencies and Brand Marketers, including Media, Strategy, Operations, Analytics, Social, Video etc.
  • Highly engaging, effective and persuasive communicator, with an innate ability to present complex subject matter into easily digestible content for client consumption throughout various levels and functions within an organization

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between $137,000- $260,000. This role will also be eligible for bonus/commission (as applicable), equity, and benefits. The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.
