Who You Are
As a Senior Software Engineer I - Rockerbox, you will play a key role in shaping the systems that power our products. You’ll partner closely with product managers to define requirements and construct scalable and reliable integrations. If you enjoy working across the stack, thinking critically about existing systems, and standardizing data pipelines, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do

Work closely with product managers to define product requirements, deliver new features, and ensure reliable ingestion and transformation of marketing data.

Design and develop scalable solutions that enhance application functionality, data reliability, and overall system performance.

Architect integrations with third-party platforms to ingest, transform, and load data in standardized, scalable pipelines.

Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure adoption of best practices and standards across the organization.
Who You Are
-
5+ years of experience in software engineering.

Demonstrated success in building, owning, and maintaining production systems that prioritize reliability, scalability, and performance.

Strong proficiency in Python with experience interacting with third-party APIs.

Expertise in SQL for data querying, analysis, and database interactions.

Experience with orchestration, containerization, and Kubernetes for scalable deployments.

Effective communicator, capable of clearly conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV. The estimated salary range for this role based on the qualifications set forth in the job description is between [$104,000 - $178,000]. This role will also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits. The range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description; however, we are often open to a wide variety of profiles, and recognize that the person we hire may be more or less experienced than this job description as posted.
