Pay Range: EUR 500.00 gross per month for full-time
Eligibility requirements (please read carefully): This is a 6-month, full-time (40 hrs/week) internship based in Amsterdam. Applicants must be enrolled in a Dutch university or higher-education program. Candidates who are EU/EEA or Swiss citizens can work full-time without restrictions. Candidates on non-EU student visas may also apply if the internship is part of their study program and their visa allows them to work full-time for the duration of the internship. These regulations are set by Dutch law and unfortunately are outside our control

Role Overview

Downtown Music is looking for a B2B Marketing Intern to join the B2B Marketing Team in Amsterdam, supporting the Brand & Communications Manager in executing digital and brand initiatives across Downtown Music and its associated brands. This internship provides exposure to brand communications, content management, and marketing operations within the global music industry. You will work across multiple areas of the marketing function, assisting with campaign coordination, content scheduling, and internal communications.

What You Do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns across Downtown Music and its brands
  • Assist with social media content creation and scheduling, helping maintain consistent brand presence across channels
  • Coordinate and update editorial content on company platforms, including the Downtown Journal and related digital channels
  • Provide adhoc administrative support to the Director of Media & Partnerships across external media opportunities and internal processes
  • Provide general support to the Brand & Communications Manager on ongoing marketing projects and administrative tasks


Who You Are

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube) and current content trends
  • Comfortable working with Google Sheets and content coordination tools
  • Interest in the music industry and brand storytelling
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and collaborative in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Sprout Social, Canva or Adobe Photoshop is a plus
  • Currently studying and eligible to work in the Netherlands
