Sales Development Representative, Talent Finder
Talent Finder Sales Development Representative
Doximity is transforming the healthcare industry. Join our mission to help every physician be more productive and provide better care for their patients. As medicine's largest network in the United States, there's an elevated level of responsibility in everything we do. We don't take that responsibility lightly and are committed to building diverse teams with an inclusive culture that can make a direct impact on the healthcare system.
The Sales Development team is a driving force behind Doximity’s growth. We’re on a mission to connect healthcare professionals in smarter ways, and this team plays a key role in making that happen. Sales Development helps us identify new opportunities, expand our reach with existing clients, and create meaningful connections that set our sales teams up for success.
As a Talent Finder Sales Development Representative, you will focus on driving demand for Doximity Talent Finder, our best-in-class clinician sourcing and recruitment platform. This role is a launchpad into a full-cycle Business Development or Account Executive position on the Talent Finder team, providing you with the skills, experience, and mentorship to thrive.

- Qualify inbound interest and outbound-sourced opportunities, uncovering pain points in clinician recruitment workflows and mapping them to Talent Finder solutions
- Schedule and set high-quality discovery calls and product demos for the Talent Finder sales team, ensuring smooth handoffs and clear documentation in Salesforce
- Leverage tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn, and internal product usage signals to prioritize outreach and manage your prospecting workflow
- Manage your daily activity and funnel metrics (calls, emails, social touches, meetings set, opportunities created) to drive data-informed decision-making
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline generated
