About the Role:
Dragos is seeking a highly motivated, strategic, analytical, and hands-on Director of Product Management to lead a team of product managers responsible for building world-class ICS cybersecurity products. Reporting to the VP of Product, you’ll coach and develop a team that spans multiple product areas, driving customer-centric roadmaps and translating vision into actionable, measurable product outcomes.
As Director, you will work closely with the extended Product team, Engineering, Sales, Customer Experience, Threat Intelligence, and Marketing to ensure we’re building differentiated products that solve critical problems for our OT customers. You will champion customer advocacy and ensure your team is deeply engaged in discovery, delivery, and iteration. Experience building world-class cybersecurity products including asset identification and discovery, threat detection, MDR, and XDR is required. OT market experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for active collection, protocol coverage, sensor, and SaaS product strategy execution, including intelligence-driven detection technologies across Dragos’ product portfolio
- Lead and mentor a team of four Product Managers; foster their growth through coaching, feedback, and career development.
- Partner with customers, design partners, and internal stakeholders to identify high-value problems and deliver impactful solutions that drive customer outcomes.
- Ensure customer discovery and product validation are embedded across the product lifecycle.
- Represent the voice of the customer in strategic planning sessions and cross-functional forums.
- Partner with Engineering leadership to prioritize delivery and ensure high-quality execution.
- Drive go-to-market readiness and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience to support product launches, POCs, next market analysis, and customer enablement.
- Establish a culture of outcome-driven product management with measurable success metrics.
- Monitor market trends, competitive intelligence, and regulatory developments within the OT cybersecurity market.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise scale B2B cybersecurity product management or equivalent experience, including 4+ years in a people management role.
- Experience in enterprise software, cybersecurity or OT/ICS industry experience is required
- Experience with active collection methods, passive network traffic analysis technologies, MDR/XDR, cloud/SaaS management and reporting, and threat intelligence (ICS cybersecurity experience is a plus)
- Experience in bringing new products to market for Global 2000 organizations and multiple geographies
- Proven ability to mentor and grow high-performing product managers
- Strong background in customer discovery, strategic prioritization, and cross-functional alignment
- Experience working with customers, Sales, Customer Experience, and User Experience to gather requirements and use cases to design and iterate on product capabilities.
- Experience with customers in critical infrastructure sectors (e.g., electric, oil & gas, manufacturing) is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with an ability to prioritize competing requirements

- Base Salary: $240,000
