About the Role: 

Dragos is seeking a Senior Director of Sales Enablement & Technical Training who will shape the future of how we drive growth, elevate performance and deliver technical excellence. In this high-impact role, you’ll build and lead a world-class enablement strategy that empowers our global sales and customer experience teams to deliver at their best. You’ll also elevate our technical training programs, equipping customers and partners with the knowledge they need to succeed. We’re looking for an energetic leader who thrives on aligning initiatives to business outcomes, driving measurable sales performance, and creating education programs that fuel both team growth and customer success.

Responsibilities:  

  • Own the global Sales Enablement and Technical Training strategy, driving programs that empower internal teams, customers, and partners to succeed.
  • Develop and execute a unified enablement and training roadmap aligned with revenue goals, business priorities, and Dragos’ ICS/OT cybersecurity mission.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering to close skills gaps, align messaging, and ensure teams can clearly articulate customer value.
  • Design and deliver scalable, role-based learning programs including new hire onboarding, e-learning, in-person training, playbooks, and coaching to accelerate seller productivity and customer success.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions that help sales teams position solutions to drive positive business outcomes.
  • Innovate training delivery through diverse modalities (virtual, in-person, hybrid), modern techniques (simulations, gamification, certifications), and mobile-friendly content to maximize engagement.
  • Establish and manage KPIs and certification programs to measure and validate enablement and training impact, continuously refining strategies based on data and feedback.
  • Build and lead a high-performing enablement team responsible for program design, delivery, and performance reporting.

Qualifications:  

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or related leadership roles, ideally in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing the needs of many stakeholders, effectively prioritizing efforts, capable of high-speed/high-quality decision making, willingness to be hands on when necessary, and an ability to quantify and measure results.
  • Ability to operate autonomously, using outstanding communication skills to align with leadership on goals and objectives, produce strategies and workstreams, and manage the timely creation and delivery of world class enablement. 
  • Possesses a strong knowledge of sales processes and methodologies (e.g., MEDDPIC).
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling global enablement and/or technical training programs.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience hiring, developing, and coaching high-performing teams.
  • Prior experience in cybersecurity or critical infrastructure industries strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with enablement platforms and LMS tools (e.g., Mindtickle, Articulate 360, Descript).
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • A lifelong learner with a passion for educating others and creating great customer outcomes. 

Compensation:
