GTM Recruiter

United States

Dragos is on a relentless mission to defend industrial organizations that provide us with the necessities of modern civilization; running water, functioning electricity, and safe industrial working environments. As the market leader in ICS/OT Cybersecurity, we are dedicated to arming our customers with best-in-class technology, threat intelligence, and services to protect their systems as effectively and efficiently as possible. We’re a remote-first culture with operations in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC. We’re looking for mission-oriented teammates who embody our core values of authenticity, transparency, and trust. Are you ready to make a difference? Come join a mission that can save the world!

About the Role

The Dragos People Team is growing! We're seeking a GTM Recruiter to build the teams that drive our revenue and customer success globally. In this role, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for our go-to-market function.

You'll be the recruiting partner to our Sales, Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and Resident Engineering teams. This is your chance to directly impact our growth trajectory while building key partnerships in one of the most dynamic functions at Dragos. If you're energized by fast-paced environments, love building relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, and want to shape the future of our GTM team, we'd love to hear from you!

Our Recruiting Pillars

Everything we do is grounded in three core principles:

  • Candidate Experience: We believe recruiting should feel great. From first touchpoint to offer (and everything in between), candidates should feel valued, informed, and genuinely excited about Dragos.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: We're strategic recruiting partners.  We collaborate with sales leaders to understand their team needs, refine requirements, and deliver talent that moves the needle.
  • Quality of Hire: We measure success not just by headcount, but by how our hires perform and impact revenue. Every placement should be a proven win for both the candidate and the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive full-cycle recruiting across our go-to-market team, hunting down and landing top talent for Account Executives, Solutions Architects, Customer Success, and Revenue Partnerships roles.
  • Collaborate closely with GTM leadership to craft role requirements, build creative hiring strategies, and define the success signals that unlock hiring.
  • Build best-in-class candidate pipelines that move fast, stay transparent, and deliver an unforgettable, white-glove experience that candidates rave about.
  • Become the go-to strategic partner for hiring teams, armed with cutting-edge market intel, competitive benchmarks, and data-driven insights that make the best talent decisions crystal clear.
  • Embody the Dragos brand and mission every single day, turning every candidate conversation into a chance to inspire and showcase what makes us different.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with expertise in GTM/Sales recruiting (Account Executives, Sales Development Reps, Customer Success, or similar sales-adjacent roles). Experience in startup or high-growth environments is a strong plus.
  • Genuine understanding of GTM talent and culture. You get what makes a sales person tick, understand sales culture, and can speak credibly with candidates and sales leaders about the realities of GTM roles.
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience with recruiting tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, CRM systems, networking strategies, and creative outreach tactics to attract passive sales talent.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, preferably Greenhouse, and comfort with recruiting software and tools in general. You're quick to learn new systems.
  • Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple full-cycle searches, competing priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment without losing momentum or attention to detail.
  • Genuine passion for candidate experience and quality of hire. You care about placing people in roles where they'll thrive and succeed.
  • Collaborative mindset with a growth mindset. You're eager to learn, contribute ideas, and help improve how we recruit.
  • Resilience and enthusiasm. Sales recruiting moves fast and can be competitive. You stay energized, handle rejection gracefully, and keep pushing to win great candidates.
  • Bonus points: Experience with recruiting analytics or data-driven recruiting; familiarity with the OT (Operational Technology) market or cybersecurity sales landscape; active in sales recruiting communities; track record of building successful GTM teams.

Why Dragos?

You'll join a People Team that's invested in recruiting excellence and a company where GTM talent directly shapes our trajectory. We're growing fast. You'll work with ambitious, driven sales leaders who understand the value of great recruiting. Plus, you'll be building teams that are securing critical infrastructure worldwide.  This work that has real impact.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
