About this opportunity: 

  • Location: Dream Marine Creek, 5222 Shadydell Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76135 
  • Compensation: $18.00-$23.00 per hour 
  • Position type: Full-time 

What we are looking for in a Leasing Specialist Candidate:

  • A strong background in multiple years of multifamily property management is required
  • Proven ability to drive positive results while representing and promoting core values
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong outreach and social media marketing background
  • Experience conducting accurate market surveys by conducting in-person shops on a regular basis
  • A sense of empowerment, accountability, and success at achieving goals, driving performance, and developing team members
  • Appfolio, G-suite, and Microsoft Office experience is a plus
  • Organizing and coordinating resident events monthly

What you will do as a Leasing Specialist:

  • Oversee the entire lead-to-lease journey, ensuring all inquiries receive a response within a 4-hour window.
  • Lead professional property tours utilizing DLP’s Standards of Excellence and expertly finalize lease agreements.
  • Utilize established closing methods and digital resources to guide prospective residents through the application process.
  • Generate consistent traffic by networking with local hospitals, universities, and major employers.
  • Conduct weekly prospecting and establish cross-promotional partnerships with nearby businesses.
  • Cultivate strong ties with both current and former residents to encourage community referrals.
  • Design and implement resident initiatives aimed at improving the overall quality of life within the community.
  • Perform routine property inspections and walk-throughs to maintain high standards of functionality and appeal.
  • Manage all administrative tasks with precision, including CRM updates, guest card tracking, and lease documentation.
  • Maintain regular communication with leadership and teammates while participating in all required training and meetings.
  • Demonstrate effective time management and goal-oriented focus in all professional endeavors.
