Your Opportunity
As the first Customer Success Manager at Dreem Health, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build the function from the ground up. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role where you’ll own the end-to-end patient experience — from appointment scheduling and test completion to treatment adherence and retention. You'll design and implement scalable processes that support our clinic's growth goals while ensuring patients feel supported at every step of their journey. Your success will be directly tied to driving patient conversion, satisfaction, and retention — making this an ideal role for someone who thrives on both strategy and execution.
You’ll work cross-functionally with our care coordinator, sales, and marketing teams to create a seamless and engaging patient journey, while also leading back-office operations like EMR documentation and quality assurance. You'll be responsible for collecting and analyzing patient feedback, triaging communications, and turning insights into actionable improvements across marketing, product, and clinical operations. You’ll also play a key role in amplifying patient advocacy, encouraging referrals and online reviews from satisfied patients. What you bring
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer-facing B2C Customer Success role in early stage startup.
- Experience in healthcare or health-related industries is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with patients effectively.
- Highly experienced in building and shaping Customer Success processes, structure, and strategies from the ground up.
