Head of Sales, Referral Partnerships

United States

About Dreem Health, by Sunrise

Dreem Health is America's leading digital sleep clinic that's fixing the broken sleep care patient journey. We connect patients with sleep specialists through a straightforward telehealth platform, eliminating lengthy wait times and complicated in-lab testing. Our clinicians diagnose sleep disorders using home-based tests and deliver effective treatment plans that patients can easily follow.

Dreem Health is managed by the Sunrise Group, a breakthrough technology company that's revolutionizing sleep care with innovative diagnostic and treatment technologies, including a home sleep test that's changing how sleep apnea is diagnosed. Together, we're tackling one of healthcare's biggest challenges: helping the 1+ billion people affected by sleep disorders get the care they deserve. Backed by Amazon's Alexa Fund and $35M in funding, we're just getting started.

Your Opportunity

As the Head of Sales - Referral Partnerships, you will lead and scale our team of field marketers across the U.S., focused on proactive outreach and relationship-building with referring providers who direct patients to our digital sleep clinic. As a key member of the Growth Team, reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing our referral strategy during this pivotal stage of expansion. This is a rare opportunity for a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader who thrives in a tech environment and is excited to scale. You will be responsible for developing and operationalizing sales infrastructure and processes, managing performance to meet aggressive growth targets, and ultimately driving referral partnerships with speciality care practitioners across the country. If you're passionate about scaling teams, optimizing systems, and driving meaningful impact in health tech—and you bring empathy to leadership and relationship-building alike—we’d love to meet you.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience managing midsize field teams (15+ people), with a proven ability to balance performance goals, cold outreach, and deep, relationship-driven engagement.
  • A background in healthcare, and a proven ability to succeed in B2B sales environments
  • Experience in fast-paced, tech-driven environments—whether in startups or high-growth teams within larger organizations.
  • You should be comfortable owning CRM systems and dashboards, running weekly team meetings, and rolling up your sleeves as an individual contributor in the early stages
  • This is a relationship-driven business, not a product sale—you should love the art of building trust and long-term value.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experience in sleep medicine—such as IDTFs, DME, or related areas—is a strong plus.
  • Strong network in healthcare decision-maker circles.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
