Your Opportunity

We’re hiring a Regional Manager, Provider Partnerships to own, lead, and scale the performance of our Territory Managers (TMs) team while continuing to drive growth within an individual territory. 

This is a high-impact, player-coach role reporting directly to the VP of Provider Partnerships, focused on expanding referral partnerships, improving conversion performance, and delivering consistent patient growth across the region. This role operates at the intersection of:

Execution: Owning a territory and consistently delivering referral and completed patient goals

Leadership: Coaching, developing, and holding a team of TMs accountable to performance standards and KPIs

Strategy: Driving market growth through account prioritization, funnel optimization, and cross-functional collaboration

You’ll be the primary owner of regional performance, leading from the front while elevating your team to achieve and exceed goals. Your impact will be seen in stronger provider partnerships, improved booking and attendance rates, and scalable, repeatable growth across multiple markets. What You’ll Do

  • Own regional performance end-to-end, driving referral growth, booking rate, attendance rate, and completed patient goals across both personal territory and team territory
  • Maintain and exceed individual territory goals, consistently building and growing high-value provider partnerships.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Territory Managers, ensuring accountability to activity standards, and core KPIs.
  • Assist with onboarding and ramping new TMs in the region, delivering structured training, field coaching (when applicable), and clear performance expectations.
  • Drive team performance through regular 1:1s, ride-alongs (when applicable), and targeted coaching to improve conversion and productivity.
  • Execute regional strategy through account segmentation, prioritization, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Optimize funnel performance (referral → booking → attendance), identifying gaps and implementing solutions to improve conversion rates.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate use of tools including HubSpot, MMC, Definitive Data and Superset for activity tracking, reporting, and insights.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales enablement, Growth, Operations, and Marketing to remove barriers, improve patient throughput, and enhance provider experience.
  • Maintain high standards of CRM data integrity, territory planning, and budget management across the region.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare business development, physician liaison, or provider partnerships
  • 1–3+ years of people leadership experience (direct or indirect), with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding referral, revenue, or patient growth targets across multiple consecutive performance periods
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using performance metrics to drive decisions and improve outcomes
  • Experience working in CRM and analytics platforms such as HubSpot and Superset
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with providers, internal stakeholders, and team members
  • Ability to operate as a player-coach, balancing individual production with team leadership responsibilities and active listening skills
  • Strong organizational and territory management skills, including account prioritization and strategic planning
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a focus on execution and results 
  • Demonstrated ability to foster performance & accountability within a team while maintaining a supportive culture & nurturing a team player mindset within your team 
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and drive engagement
  • Ability to convey business constraints compellingly, connecting high-level growth strategy to the day-to-day execution of Territory Managers

Compensation

$90,000 - $95,000 based on experience.
