Office and Culinary Coordinator

Overview
We’re looking for an On-Site Office & Culinary Coordinator to keep our daily operations running smoothly and ensure our workspace is welcoming, organized, and efficient. This role blends culinary support, administrative tasks, and event coordination.
You’ll be on-site five days a week to prepare daily lunches for a small team, coordinate weekly team lunches, manage office supplies, and support various requests from managers. If you’re a self-starter who thrives on variety and enjoys being the go-to person, this role is for you. As a key part of our team, you’ll help shape our office culture and contribute to a positive, productive work environment.
What You Do
Culinary Support
- Prepare healthy, creative daily lunches for up to 5 people.
- Coordinate weekly team lunches for 30+ people.
- Order and manage kitchen inventory (groceries, snacks, essentials).
Office Management
- Manage mail (open, sort, and organize).
- Handle requests for equipment and supplies from Amazon or other vendors.
- Track and order office supplies (coffee, water, cleaning products, etc.).
Administrative & Event Support
- Run occasional errands for the office and executive team.
- Support team events, happy hours, and office celebrations.
- Assist with one-off requests and daily needs as they arise.
What You Have
Culinary Skills: Ability to prepare healthy, creative meals for small groups with experience in meal planning and grocery shopping.Organization: Skilled at managing multiple priorities and tracking inventory for office supplies and groceries.Proactive Mindset: Takes initiative and handles last-minute changes and unique tasks without supervision.Communication: Friendly, clear communicator who works well with vendors, teammates, and leadership.Tech-Savvy: Familiar with Google Workspace, Slack, and general office tools.Event Support: Experience assisting with team events, happy hours, and celebrations.Flexibility: Comfortable wearing many hats and adapting to changing office needs.

Compensation range: $75,000 - $85,000
