Title and Registration Support Coordinator
DriveWhip is a mobility provider in the Washington, DC area, with offices in multiple cities, including Atlanta, that Leases/Rents vehicles to Uber, Lyft and other On-Demand or Rideshare drivers. As a ground floor member of an exciting new company all associates will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities. An appreciation for the pros and cons of start up culture is a must.

Position Summary: Whip, Inc. is seeking a Title and Registration Support Coordinator to assist with tasks related to vehicle titles, registrations, emissions compliance, and fleet management. This role is essential in supporting smooth operations within our fleet management team. The ideal candidate is organized, detail -oriented, proactive, and collaborative.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to the following):
Efficient Management of Monthly Registration Renewals:
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of vehicle registration renewals, maintaining fleet
- compliance and improving operational efficiency.
Streamlined Mail Sorting and Ticket Processing:
- Sort and scan incoming mail/tickets, ensuring efficient data entry into the ticketing system and
- prompt customer issue resolution.
Accurate Title Scanning and Database Management:
- Maintain accurate title records in the database, improving access and preventing discrepancies.
Improved Substitute Tag Issuance and Documentation:
- Assist in issuing substitute tags, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.
Customer Support and Timely Ticket Inquiry Resolution:
- Provide responsive communication with customers, resolving ticket inquiries and balances
- efficiently.
Fleet Emissions Compliance Maintenance:
- Monitor emissions inspections and submit extension requests as needed to ensure compliance and
- keep testing up to date.
Optimized Inventory Management:
- Maintain up-to-date vehicle inventory records, supporting fleet management and decision -making.
Efficient Return Tag Processing:
- Return tags via the CVR system, ensuring timely logging and reducing administrative backlogs.
Qualifications Required:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive with a positive attitude and ability to follow instructions.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A flexible team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Administrative or clerical experience.
- Experience in the automotive or rideshare rental industry.
- Familiarity with emissions compliance and CVR systems.
- Knowledge of state titles and vehicle documentation.
Work Environment:
Typical work environment includes desktop computing work using typical desktop computing equipment (laptop, keyboard, mouse, monitors, desk, chair) in an office environment and/or remote workspace environment.
Physical Demands:
● Ability to sit and use typical desktop computing workspace equipment - e.g. mouse, keyboard, monitor, phone - for extended periods of time.
● Manual dexterity to operate a typical desktop computing workstation.
● Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, using virtual meeting and communication tools such as email, Google Meet, and Slack.
● Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds, if required.
