About the role:

This role will report to the Head of Marketing, Jukebox. 

This is a full-time hybrid role based out of New York City, NY. 

The anticipated base compensation for this role will be $80,000-$90,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and local market rates.

What you'll do: 

In this new role, you will be the driving force behind our digital creative vision, crafting and editing captivating performance marketing content across digital channels with a special focus on Meta. Leveraging your expertise in paid media performance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our creative direction while contributing to the growth of a rapidly expanding brand. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on key marketing initiatives.

Ad Content Development

  • Collaborate closely with the performance marketing team to align on account needs, creative insights, and campaign priorities
  • Generate and edit creative assets (image & video) independently, and consistently on a daily and weekly basis
  • Create strong, action-oriented CTAs that encourage user engagement and drive conversions
  • Develop a variety of content formats
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior to inform content creation
  • Use insights to tailor content that resonates with target demographics
  • Maintain and organize marketing materials and creative assets
  • Establish and enforce asset management guidelines, ensuring proper naming, tagging, and organization for comprehensive creative reporting
  • Possess the ability to understand and navigate regulatory guidelines for scriptwriting, serving as the go-to expert for regulatory checks and external copy approvals
  • Utilize Monday (project management software) to track campaign status, ensuring projects are progressing smoothly and are aligned with broader team objectives

Creative Strategy

  • Help redefine the content strategy for digital creative across performance marketing ads and (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube)
  • Provide strategic guidance on creative direction, leveraging channel and placement expertise
  • Partner with the performance marketing team to:  
    • Execute A/B tests for performance creatives across various ad platforms to determine winning creative
    • Analyze and offer detailed commentary on the performance of creatives, highlighting successful elements and emerging competitor trends
  • Participate actively in creative brainstorms and broader brand creative meetings
  • Develop insights and analysis of creative performance across platforms, and use insights to inform future creative decisions
  • Communicate cross-functionally and with upper management on creative projects and results

About you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (ideally in Marketing, Advertising, Art, or related field)
  • 3+ years of experience in creative strategy and content for DTC products
  • Proven experience in content creation for digital marketing, particularly in paid advertising
  • Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detai
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) and understanding of video editing
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) for measuring ad performance
  • Adept at managing multiple projects and delivering projects on time
  • Brand affinity for Jukebox and ability to harness brand voice, look, and feel across creative assets
  • Self-starter 
  • Excellent communicator
  • Interest in health & wellness, personal care, and/or eCommerce industries
  • Experience working in the consumer products industry is highly preferred
  • You can accomplish your work without perfect resources, are innovative and work in a timely manner
  • You have high standards, take ownership and pride in your work, and are invested in the outcome
  • You proactively help others, stay positive, and have a sense of humor
