About the Role:

  • The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting the integration of business-critical systems, including NetSuite ERP, Celigo, and Boomi. This role will focus on ensuring seamless system functionality, resolving errors, and addressing cross-functional support tickets in Jira. The ideal candidate will be skilled in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaboration across departments to support the organization’s operational efficiency.
  • This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Business Systems 
  • This is a full-time role with company benefits based in Marina Del Rey, CA. 
  • The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $75,000 to $95,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.

What You'll Do:

Integration Monitoring and Maintenance:

  • Monitor and maintain system integrations using Celigo and Boomi to ensure consistent and accurate data flow across platforms.
  • Review and troubleshoot integration logs for NetSuite, Celigo, and Boomi, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address and resolve escalated integration errors.

ERP System Support:

  • Provide system support for NetSuite, including basic troubleshooting and monitoring to ensure reliable performance.
  • Manage NetSuite customizations as needed to maintain data integrity and support business processes.

Help Desk Support and Issue Resolution:

  • Address and resolve tier one cross-functional help desk tickets submitted through Jira, including access requests, basic troubleshooting, and system inquiries.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical resources when necessary.
  • Document solutions for recurring issues and contribute to the creation of a knowledge base for common user questions.

Error Management and Resolution:

  • Respond to and resolve system errors within NetSuite, Celigo, and Boomi, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Track and report errors related to system integrations, escalating issues when they exceed scope or complexity.

System Optimization and Process Documentation:

  • Identify opportunities to improve integration workflows and reduce manual monitoring.
  • Document system configurations, workflows, and error resolution procedures to support cross-functional teams and ensure operational consistency.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent professional technical experience.
  • 2-5 years experience working with NetSuite ERP and integration platforms such as Celigo or Boomi.
  • Experience managing tickets using tools like Jira or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, EDI).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on error resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical issues into actionable insights for non-technical users.
