Senior Associate, Creative Operations (Contract)

About the Role:
We're looking for a contract Creative Coordinator who will be responsible for assisting operational efficiency and managing communication among the growth creative organization. This will include owning and operating the project management board and handling inbound requests from Growth, Web, Digital Retail, Integrated Marketing, etc, and funneling those requests to the team in a clear and comprehensive manner.
Additionally, this role will handle working with our growth marketing ad agencies, including reviewing agency provided materials, providing feedback, checking for QC and compliance, and conveying objectives to the agencies.
This role will be accountable to the Director of Creative Performance.
Ideally, this contractor should be in the Los Angeles Metropolitan area.
The contractor term is anticipated to be up to 40 hours per week for approximately 6 months.
What You'll Do:
Hard Skills:
- Workflow tools – Monday.com, Asana, Slack, Frame.io
- Briefs Writing: Ability to write simple-to-understand briefs.
- Knowledge of the video or ad production process to effectively communicate with fellow creative team members.
- Review and QC skills
- Can quickly understand limitations on claims and provide feedback
- Knowledge of watchability factors and can empathize with an end-user
Soft Skills:
- Organized and can understand the workflow
- Act with urgency and delivers fast
- Act with minimal direction and conduct thorough research or ask the right questions to come up with an acceptable output.
- Resource Aware – understands constraints, blockers, where emphasis needs to be placed and where it should be deprioritized
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate professionally and effectively
Ideal Backgrounds
- Worked in a performance agency or direct to consumer brand
- Experience working with a creative team or production workflow
- Acted as a coordinator in a previous capacity.
