Digital Systems Installation (DSI) is a nationally recognized leader in customized surveillance and access control solutions, trusted by organizations across the country; blending cutting-edge technology with small-business values to create innovative, reliable systems.We are seeking an experienced Field Installation Supervisor to lead onsite installation teams and ensure high‑quality project execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys mentoring technicians, and takes pride in delivering exceptional work for clients. The Installation Supervisor will oversee crews of 2–6 installers, manage project progress and costs, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the installation lifecycle.

What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and support installation teams by assigning daily goals, training installers, and assisting with troubleshooting.
Oversee inventory, expenses, time tracking, and project progress to ensure on‑time, on‑budget completion.
Maintain clear, professional communication with clients from kickoff through project close-out.
Enforce all safety protocols, proactively identifying and reporting safety concerns.
Perform hands‑on installation tasks, including pulling wire, installing conduit, completing inventory, reading maps, building networks, and programming DSI systems.
Ensure all work meets or exceeds DSI’s quality standards.
What You Bring
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
At least 1 year of experience as a low-voltage technician
Preferred:
Experience with networking, programming, conduit installation, and wire runs
BICSI certified
Low Voltage Licensing
OSHA certified
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This role requires working in a wide variety of environments, including construction sites, manufacturing plants, apartments, and outdoor settings in all weather conditions. You must be comfortable with:
Working at heights and using ladders, scissor lifts, and boom lifts
Walking 5–10 miles per day
Lifting and carrying 75–100 lbs
Standing for long periods and operating heavy equipment
Travel
What you can expect:
Competitive pay $25-$29/hr DOE + additional 14-20% per hr for travel assignments
Travel Logistics: Flights and lodging booked by DSI; supervisors keep airline & hotel points.
Per Diem: $50 per day
