Sales Operations Analyst II
The Investment Operations team is responsible for managing the commercial aspects of deals, including:
1. Commercial Admin: Managing the administrative tasks related to commercial deals, such as contract administration and supplier onboarding.
2. Payouts: Handling payouts to contractors and suppliers via wire transfers, validating wire transfer payouts, and approving them.
3. Documenting Processes: Ensuring that all processes are up-to-date and documented properly, leveraging tools like Salesforce and Buy@.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage commercial admin tasks, including contract administration and supplier onboarding
Handle payouts to contractors and suppliers via wire transfers, validating wire transfer payouts, and approving them
Document all processes and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate
Leverage tools like Salesforce and Buy@ to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to leverage tools like Salesforce, 2-3 years
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Excellent documentation and organization skills
Comfortable with reading contracts
Ability to leverage excel
Nice to have skills::
Previous deal desk experience
Strong knowledge of commercial admin asks, including contract administration
Proficiency in SQL will be helpful
