Growth Marketing Manager
About The Role
dub is looking for a growth marketing manager to drive user growth through paid marketing and partnerships.
We want someone who is experienced yet gritty, is good with lots of ambiguity and loves ownership, and is capable of both defining and executing marketing strategy in a high growth early stage consumer startup.
You should be comfortable operating as an IC, collaborating with our in-house content creation team, and working closely with the CEO & leadership to turbo-charge our product led growth with world-class marketing.
You'll be primarily focused on paid advertising, with bonus points if you can weave in product marketing and content strategy. You'll work with a minimum $X00,000 monthly budget to deploy across creative, subject to scale up as we prove payback periods and increase acquisition efficiency.
Ideal candidate has independently ran marketing at a seed/series A consumer company and craves a dynamic early stage environment / culture.
Responsibilities
- Owning paid media / performance marketing
- Fully conceptualizing and launching organic and paid content with in-house content creation team
- Improving CAC/LTV, payback periods, and core business KPIs through marketing
- Launching paid ad campaigns on Meta & TikTok & more
- Operating our external facing brand assets (dub's Instagram, TikTok etc)
- Existing ability or willingness to learn product and lifecycle marketing
- Innovating new marketing strategies and integrating existing ones from competitors
- Interfacing with and sourcing external resources (everything from influencer partnerships to hiring content resources)
- Work with CEO/Leadership and product to maximize marketing output
- Staying up to date with the best strategies for marketing
Qualifications
- 2+ years as solo contributor / solo IC leading marketing at a Seed / Series A consumer startup
- Experience owning & being held accountable to Marketing KPIs
- Expertise in pixel tracking and campaign measurement attribution models
- Driven substantive improvements in business metrics (i.e. CAC/LTV, Payback Periods) in previous roles
- Expert at launching and iterating successful paid marketing campaigns on Meta & TikTok with 5 to 6 figure budgets
- Very strong marketing analytics and data skills working with attribution tools like AppsFlyer
- Experience creating and running social media channels on X, Instagram, TikTok
- Great network of other marketers in consumer space
- Strong brand sense and experience with Figma / CapCut / Adobe Suite
- Worked in consumer fintech or investing companies
- Passionate about finance and investing
- Gritty mindset
Pay Range: $80k - $150K predicated on location and experience.
