Responsibilities
As a Director, you will work on a wide range of assignments playing a central role executing complex financial restructuring and liability management transactions. The Director-level position requires 5+ years as an Investment Banking Analyst, Associate, or closely related role .
Director work will include, but is not limited to:
- Lead day-to-day execution of restructuring mandates, including Chapter 11 filings, out-of-court restructurings, distressed M&A, liability management transactions, and financings;
- Oversee preparation of financial models, business valuations, and other financial analyses;
- Support Managing Directors and Partners in structuring transactions and presenting recommendations to boards, creditors, and stakeholders;
- Review and refine pitch books, term sheets, marketing materials, and other client presentations;
- Support business development efforts by participating in client meetings, preparing marketing materials, and maintaining industry relationships;
- Lead coordination efforts amongst various stakeholders during live engagements;
- Manage junior bankers (analysts and associates) across multiple assignments, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional development
Qualifications
To be considered, candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or closely related field.
In addition, qualified candidates must have 5 years’ experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Python, Adobe.
Expected annualized base salary range of $275,000.
