About Duckbill

Modern life is demanding, and balancing work, personal responsibilities, and social commitments can be overwhelming. Duckbill provides consumers with AI-powered doers who offer personalized assistance to ensure important tasks get done. Our mission is to simplify and enhance the lives of our users by bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI and real-time personal support.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for individuals with expertise in dining, entertainment, and educational support. Doers play a critical role in helping our clients access and navigate essential services with ease. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in solving problems before they arise. Our ideal candidates have experience with event planning, booking activities and summer camps, curating exceptional dining or catering experiences, and organizing outings for clients with a wide range of preferences and needs. They also bring a strong understanding of educational support—helping families research schools, manage application processes, and find the right tutors or academic enrichment opportunities. They're passionate about making life easier for others and thrive on the details that turn good plans into great ones. Because dining, entertainment, and education are highly personal and taste-driven, the right candidate can navigate each step of the process with nuance—always focused on creating a seamless and memorable experience.
