This role offers the opportunity to manage client relationships, support sales initiatives, and contribute to the company’s strategic growth. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for clients, building strong relationships and coordinating with the estimating team. Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities progress effectively. Track and analyze key sales metrics, providing actionable insights to improve results. What We’re Looking For: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or client-related roles. At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial/Commercial Engineering, or a related field. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving performance. Strong knowledge of CRM tools and data-driven sales management. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities Lead in-depth financial and operational analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and performance drivers across business areas. Develop and propose strategies to improve profitability, optimize resource allocation, and sustain long-term growth. Establish policies, controls, and frameworks to ensure compliance and transparency. Develop and manage month-end and quarter-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial records. Create and maintain financial reports and dashboards that provide clear insight into company performance. Ensure financial data is categorized, reconciled, and recorded correctly, in compliance with accounting standards. Lead the development and execution of the annual financial plan and ongoing forecasts. What We’re Looking for Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration, or a related field. +5 years of experience in financial management, financial planning, analysis, or accounting roles. Advanced English Proficiency: C1/C2 level for seamless communication Proven track record in department structuring, process design, and organizational improvement. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect financial insights to strategic outcomes. Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in financial reporting and analysis, forecasting, budget management, and development of controls and procedures. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate financial results & issues to senior management and non-financial audiences.
