Are you passionate about numbers, strategy, and turning data into business results?  We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Santa Cruz de la Sierra  someone ready to take ownership of insights, optimize pricing, and support decision-making at the highest level. 

As Business Analyst, you’ll work side-by-side with our CEO, connecting analysis with action. You’ll bring clarity to complex data, strengthen our sales structure, and ensure every client proposal is built on accuracy, transparency, and impact. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze costs, pricing, and profit margins to support key business decisions. 

• Build and manage sales reports, dashboards, and proposals that drive clarity and growth. 

• Collaborate with estimating, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate project pricing. 

• Support the CEO with client communications, opportunity tracking, and performance reporting. 

• Maintain and optimize the CRM system turning data into actionable insights. 

• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve processes and profitability. 

• Create professional sales materials and presentations for clients and partners. 

What We're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 

• 2+ years of experience in sales analysis, operations, or cost management (B2B or project-based experience is a plus). 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  you love working with data and finding insights. 

• Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting platforms. 

• Advanced English (C1 or higher) to communicate confidently with U.S.-based clients. 

• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
