We’re Hiring: Recruiting Manager – Join Our Team!

Lead day-to-day recruiting operations for a fast-paced team, managing recruiters, owning pipeline health across active accounts, and serving as the key point of contact for our US-based clients. Ideal for someone with 4–6 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition who is ready to step into a leadership role and drive real results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support a team of recruiters across multiple active accounts and open requisitions.
  • Monitor recruiter performance, workload capacity, and pipeline health on an ongoing basis.
  • Coach recruiters on sourcing strategies, candidate management, and recruiting best practices.
  • Oversee recruiting execution from sourcing through offer stages, ensuring delivery timelines are met.
  • Serve as the operational point of contact for US-based clients and hiring managers.
  • Ensure consistent communication, responsiveness, and high client satisfaction throughout the hiring process.
  • Track recruiting activity accurately within the Applicant Tracking System and maintain reporting discipline.
  • Develop and monitor recruiting metrics, pipeline activity, and delivery performance.
  • Identify process gaps and implement improvements to maintain operational excellence.
  • Support onboarding and development of new recruiting team members

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or RPO environments.
  • Prior experience managing recruiters or recruiting teams.
  • Experience supporting US-based clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, ATS systems, and recruiting metrics.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruiting platforms.
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
