Training Specialist

We're Hiring: Training Specialist – Join Our Team!

We're looking for a Training Specialist to support onboarding programs, technical training initiatives, and continuous learning across our organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring others, sharing knowledge, and helping teams succeed.

Key Responsibilities 

• Deliver training programs for new hires.
• Coach and support trainees throughout their learning process.
• Evaluate progress and reinforce company standards, tools, and workflows.
• Support recruitment through technical assessments and candidate feedback.
• Create and improve training materials and learning resources.
• Collaborate with different departments to identify and address training needs.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong AutoCAD proficiency and solid Excel knowledge.
• Experience training, teaching, mentoring, or coaching others.
• Excellent communication and feedback skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
