Position Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Producer to drive the planning and execution of our world-class content. This role is responsible for managing pre-production logistics, overseeing production on set, and ensuring each shoot runs smoothly from start to finish. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, is comfortable with frequent travel, and has a passion for bringing creative ideas to life with efficiency and precision.

Key Responsibilities 

Pre-Production & Planning

• Work closely with the Dudes and creative team to develop production schedules and logistics for each video.
• Coordinate locations, permits, equipment rentals, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth production execution.
• Manage pre-production planning, including assembling crews, organizing travel, and securing necessary resources.
• Create detailed production timelines and call sheets to keep shoots organized and on track.

Logistics & Travel

• Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for production teams, including flights, lodging, transportation, and other accommodations.
• Oversee equipment transport and setup for remote shoots, ensuring all necessary resources are in place.
• Adapt quickly to changing locations, schedules, and production needs while maintaining organization and execution.

Production Execution

• Oversee on-set operations, ensuring that shoots stay on schedule, within budget, and meet creative expectations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for crew, talent, and vendors, resolving any production challenges in real-time.
• Help ensure client obligations are met when brand officers are not on site.
• Maintain a positive, high-energy atmosphere on set while ensuring efficiency and professionalism.

Qualifications 

• 5+ years of experience in video production, content creation, or a related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple productions at once.
• Experience managing teams, logistics, and budgets in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to problem-solve on the fly and adapt to last-minute changes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate across teams and ensure smooth execution.
• Willingness to travel frequently for shoots and events.
• This position is located onsite at the Dude Perfect HQ in Frisco, Texas but will require travel.
