
Account Executive, Sales
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and results-driven Account Executive to join the Dude Perfect team. This role is crucial for driving new revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and developing custom, high-impact marketing solutions for some of the world's biggest brands. The ideal candidate will embody GRIT—a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is committed to delivering extraordinary outcomes. This position reports directly to the Head of Commercial Partnerships
What You'll Do
As our Account Executive, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to campaign execution and renewal.
- Drive New Business: Develop and execute strategies for selling premium sponsorship properties , custom content integrations, and non-traditional revenue sales. New business is expected at a high level.
- Create Custom Solutions: Craft and sell custom marketing campaigns to both direct clients and advertising agencies. Create customized, client-focused solutions that demonstrate the unique value of the Dude Perfect brand.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, including C-level executives and marketing teams. Manage and grow existing agency business and secure contract renewals.
- Goal Achievement: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Internal Collaboration: Act as the key point of contact between brand partners, production, and internal teams. Collaborate closely with content and production leads to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.
- Operational Excellence (GRIT & Organization): Manage complex, cross-functional workflows and handle all required documentation and paperwork in a timely manner. Track campaign milestones, report on progress, and proactively remove blockers.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of sales or brand marketing experience, ideally with a focus on digital, creator partnerships, and/or multi-platform media sales. Specific examples of success stories are encouraged.
- Mindset & Traits: A self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit who is passionate about new business opportunities and moves with velocity through change. Ability to manage complexity and work in ambiguity while maintaining exceptional organizational skills.
- Communication & Influence: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong, confident presentation and negotiation skills. The ability to accurately analyze client needs, develop a custom solution, and build an effective presentation to close the sale.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required, or equivalent experience.
- Technical/Acumen: Strong marketing, advertising, social media, and branding acumen. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and Google Workspace.

Position is located onsite at the Dude Perfect HQ in Frisco, Texas (Dallas‑Fort Worth Metroplex)
