POSITION SUMMARY AND OPPORTUNITY 

As the Director of Product Management, Data and AI, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our pricing, forecasting, data, and machine learning platform initiatives. You will drive innovation and ensure our solutions empower hotels with actionable insights and advanced analytics capabilities. This is a pivotal role for someone who is passionate about leveraging data and AI to create tangible business value in hospitality.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for data platforms, pricing tools, forecasting models, and advanced analytics products.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver impactful products.
  • Oversee the successful implementation and use of machine learning models and AI capabilities that improve pricing optimization, demand forecasting, and revenue management.
  • Guide the evolution of our data infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and accessibility of data for internal and customer-facing use cases.
  • Work closely with hotel customers to understand their challenges and translate those insights into product requirements and improvements.
  • Establish KPIs to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven feedback.
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing team of product managers, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in data, AI, and hospitality technology to maintain our competitive edge.

 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. An Masters or advanced degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Background in building data, AI, or machine learning products.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, hospitality tech, or revenue management solutions is a plus.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful data or AI-driven products.
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, machine learning, and advanced analytics concepts.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
